Please note: Payments made via the eStore will not be credited to your account immediately. We aim to process online payments by the end of the next working day, so you will need to allow longer for your account to be updated over the weekend and during Bank Holidays / University closed periods.
If you need to clear your fines / charges urgently, you may wish to consider using an alternative payment method. You can make a payment via the self-service kiosks whenever the Library is open, or, if you are off campus, you can call the Service Desk during Staffed Hours and pay over the phone by Credit or Debit Card.
